Dr. Dan did a thorough evaluation of our infant, explained the tongue and lip tie procedure, answered all our questions, and made sure we knew we had 24/7 support, if needed, after the procedure. We felt comfortable and our baby was well taken care of.

I was so pleased with Doctor Jason and Mary! They made me, my husband, and our daughter feel so comfortable. Thank you for the most amazing experience! Mary even called the same day to check in on my little one to make sure she was doing well! Thank you, Mary and Doctor Jason!!

My 18 month old just had her first dentist appointment at Where Smiles Grow recently and we had a fantastic experience! The waiting room has toys for all different ages to keep children busy while waiting. However, we did not have to wait long at all to be called into a room. Both Dr. Taylor and the hygienist (bummed I can’t remember her name) were wonderful working with my toddler. Both were so patient, friendly, and welcoming making what could’ve been a scary experience for my daughter, a positive one. The appointment was quick (which if you ever had a toddler know that’s important), but thorough. Dr. Taylor provided us great information for the future and all of our questions were answered. We had a great first experience and are happy we decided to choose Where Smiles Grow to be our daughter’s dentist.

There isn’t a Dentist office in this world that can handle in the most calm, accepting, perfectly prepped for each COMPLEX Pediatric patients needs to be ready for anything at anytime and take it in stride. There is always a welcoming spirit in the air and even when it comes to a bill you owe they are not there to judge. They are there to care for your child. My family has a seemingly more common medically identified by NYS very complex genetic dental disorder. The innovation since my child’s first appointment with her first tooth knowing she had won the lottery you don’t want to win like I had… this child Dressed up for the Dentist! Not a worry in the world, no anxiety and she undergoes the worst of procedures choosing no Novocaine and pushing through the pain, not for money but because another gift we metabolize it too quickly it doesn’t work half as good as on anyone else. The management of this disease with Dr Jason Decker, Dr Nancy and Dr Dan on call every time we are never met with blame of a broken tooth or lack of care of hygiene it’s always helpful and understanding. Excellent dentist office for children of all abilities. During each visit, they truly accommodate my neurodivergent daughter in every way possible. She has seen Dr Jenn since she was 6. Each visit is a pleasant experience & my daughter looks forward to visiting the office. Each member of the team has been excellent. We have not had one negative encounter nor experience. For over 6 years, Dr. Jenn, & the staff have worked with her to ensure that she is comfortable, not over stimulated, & they take their time doing so. They are compassionate & caring, & cater to her sensory needs. It is a blessing to have people who genuinely are concerned & respect the patients & parents needs & level of comfort. If I could rate 1000 stars, I would. Thank you, Dr. Jenn, and the entire team! My daughter loves you! So do I!
